Healthy food versus sweets
Welcome back Year 3.
This week we have been easing the children back into school life. They have spent time thinking about how to keep themselves safe and healthy. The children discussed the importance of emotional well being, fitness and healthy eating. They were shocked to discover how much sugar was in their favourite foods. The children picked several exercises which they wanted to improve at, both technique and amount. They now realise the amount of food they eat and the amount of exercise they do is a fine balance.
