Today Year 2 children tried different food from all over the world. We used words like crunchy, salty, spicy and delicious to describe it. Our favourite was the Krisprolls from Sweden. https://t.co/t2K0op7u1j

Year 4 have been learning all week about Easter. We have looked at the Eucharist, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. We took inspiration from different forms of the cross, to create our Easter cards. @ElliotFndtn #Easter2021 #eastercards https://t.co/YVLs3S5RQw
Teamwork at its best. This week, Elm and Maple Class have been painting the islands that they created out of paper mache. The whole exercise was designed to get them working together and to reintroduce cooperative learning after spending several months in lockdown. @Highlees https://t.co/wjb5BJzVr0
Some of the children in Owl Class chose to make Easter baskets. They worked hard to colour, cut and assemble the baskets using a template. https://t.co/uDvEH0vJfn
To conclude our Frozen Kingdom topic, Year 6 created their own frozen kingdom art work. @ElliotFndtn https://t.co/GKzP5VVjcj
Since returning to school, Year 6 have been having fun with science. They have watched how different liquid separate, investigate which flying craft goes the fastest and looking at how to prevent germs from spreading. @ElliotFndtn https://t.co/qXmoXuePoN
EYFS looked at Spring changes & counted the trees with blossom, the trees with new leaves and the bare trees in the school grounds as part of the census day's 'Let's Count!' Every child made their own tally chart & we put the data on to a huge pictogram! https://t.co/YfuLksgEDg
Year 2 Badgers class dressed up for Red Nose Day today with the theme 'Funny is Power'. We had a superhero, Harry Potter, funny characters and lots of red noses! As a class we raised just under £20! https://t.co/rx1t2181vy
